Commission Info

Hi everyone! I've had some inquiry regarding commissions, so I finally had the chance to create a page with all the information! Please read through everything below before contacting me!

For commission inquiry, please contact me through doozimaru@gmail.com: I will not be responding on instagram as it makes the process a little too confusing!

Pricing

I am currently only accepting Chibi commissions.

Personal Commissions: $25+

✿ Commissioner will receive an artwork with a signature, please do not remove it.

✿ I, the artist, will have every right to the commissioned work.

• Post artwork on my social media

•Use artwork for my portfolio

• Sell merchandise using the artwork

✿ Commissioner is allowed to post the art WITH proper credit.

✿ Commissioner is allowed to print the work for themselves, but not claim right to the drawing itself.
✿ Commissioner is allowed to claim the right to the character (OC) but not the drawing itself.

✿ Commissioner is NOT ALLOWED to use the work commercially/ resell artwork (make money in ANY means)

✿ Commissioner is NOT ALLOWED to remove the watermark/ signature.

Commercial Commissions: $40+

✿ Commissioner will receive an artwork with a signature, please do not remove it.

✿ I, the artist, will have every right to the commissioned work:

• Post artwork on my social media

•Use artwork for my portfolio

• Sell merchandise using the artwork

✿ Commissioner is allowed to post the art WITH proper credit.

✿ Commissioner is ALLOWED to use the work commercially-- make merchandise

✿ Commissioner is NOT ALLOWED to remove the watermark/ signature.

EXCLUSIVE Commercial Commissions: $55+

✿ Commissioner will receive an artwork WITHOUT signature.

✿ Commissioner is ALLOWED to post the art WITHOUT proper credit.

✿ Commissioner is ALLOWED to use the work commercially-- make merchandise
✿ Commissioner is allowed to claim the right to the character (OC) but not the drawing itself.

✿ I, the artist, will be allowed to:

• Post artwork on my social media

•Use artwork for my portfolio
✿ I, the artist, will not be allowed to sell the artwork.

ADD ONS:

+ Additional characters: $30+
+ Flat Background color: Free

+ Simple Background: $5)

PLEASE NOTE: All "starting price" listed above are estimates. Prices may be higher depending on the time it will take to complete each piece. Prices are calculated per working hour.

Work Flow

Briefing:

✿ Email me at doozimaru@gmail.com. DO NOT DM me about commissions on Instagram unless otherwise stated on the Instagram page/ story.

Please provide information for a more accurate quote!

✿ Please provide the info below:

1. Full Name (Private)
2. First Name/ Nickname (this will be public and used for queue)
3. Discord (This is optional, but it can help speed up the process of the commission)
4. Describe what you're looking for!
Please be as descriptive and detailed as possible. Include an image reference(s) if possible! (ie. Character, expression, pose, background, full color, full body, etc.)
5. Additional Add-ons. (ie. Multiple characters, detailed background.)
6. Social Media
7. For commercial commissions:
please give a brief description of your shop, the name, social media or website link, and what you're looking to create with the commission. (This does not affect the price in any way, it just gives me an idea of what my artwork will be used on. Thank you ^^)

✿ I will respond to your email as soon as possible

Depending on the queue size, I will try to respond with a quote as soon as possible.

✿ Payment

After a quote is given, please pay 50% up front within 48 hours of quotation confirmation. This is required to secure your commission spot. After your 50% payment, a sketch will be sent to you. Please make any adjustments to the sketch before starting the final artwork. You're able to make as many adjustments as you would like to the sketch before confirming the final artwork. After sketch confirmation, the second payment of 50% would need to be made before final artwork process begins.

Please note, once the final work has begun, I can only make very minor changes to the drawing. The final artwork will be sent as a .png

If 50% is not received, your spot will be forfeited to the next commissioner.

For Paypal, PLEASE PAY THROUGH FRIENDS AND FAMILY ONLY.

No refund will be accepted, all payments are final!
